Soft Washing for Roofs, Siding, and other delicate surfaces

If someone offers to "pressure wash" your asphalt shingle roof, call the police immediately.  Just kidding, but don't let them do it.  

Pressure washing is effective at cleaning a variety of surfaces and we use this method extensively as appropriate.  However, it is not always the best answer. 

Some surfaces, such as roofs and vinyl siding are more safely and effectively cleaned with a process called soft washing.  This process involves application of a special 100% biodegradable cleaning solution that targets dirt, mold, algae, mildew, and lichens and lifts them away from the treated surface.  They are then washed away with a light spray of water.  This technique is tough on filth but gentle on roofs and siding.

Soft washing is environmentally friendly in that it uses significantly less water than other methods, uses 100% biodegradable cleaning solutions, and has minimal impact on the surrounding environment. We take measures to protect the surrounding landscape including application of a special plant wash to provide an extra layer of protection for your landscaping.
